Growing up in Taiwan, I’ve always been curious about the small details that shape how people experience things. That curiosity first led me to study advertising, where I learned how storytelling, branding, and visuals can influence how people think and feel.
Later, while working in marketing and product design, I realized I was more interested in the thinking behind the interface. What makes people engage with a product? What brings them back? How can design solve problems and still feel delightful?
That led me to SCAD, where I earned my MFA in User Experience Design and grew my skills in research, interaction design, prototyping, and product strategy. Since then, I’ve worked on consumer products, AI experiences, marketing campaigns, and digital services across startups and agencies.
For me, design is about combining empathy, strategy, and creativity to turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences. Whether I’m mapping user journeys, brainstorming with a team, or refining small details, I’m always looking for ways to make products smarter, simpler, and more enjoyable to use.
